No mention of midfield? Central midfield Dave ol son. We need quality signings in that area more than anywhere else IMHO. I get the feeling he thinks it all about strikers too? Does he not understand that possession of the football, movement, mobility and creativity in midfield is the lifeblood of the modern team. A striker needs decent service me old china.
Looks like Nolan might get another 5 year contract ;-)

We need someone like Oscar, Eriksen, Fabregas, Coutinho, Silva, Cazorla, Rosicky or Sigurdsson in the middle of the park to unlock sitting defenses without using the flanks all the time
